Mental health awareness has received a big push in mainstream media over the last few years, particularly in the UK. There has been a similar push in the web development community, including many great (And incredibly brave) talks at conferences such as Mike Bell's DrupalCon Barcalona Community keynote [drupal.org], which like my article drew from personal experience.
In a change to a norrmal blog article on David Thorne.net, I detail my own experiences with mental health, with particular reference to burn out, and how I have been able to at least for now beat it.
